Dr.
Joyce Miller has lived a full life and a life full. A life full
of love, full of disappointment, full of laughter and family, full
of tragedy and rejoicing. She's had a life full of service
to her community, family and her God. It's been a full life
and a life full.

The book that Dr. Joyce Miller has written is a great book.
Her memoir is a great example for lots of women, who has been through
so much in the past not knowing what God has in store for them in
the future. Her book also represent that God has us to go through
these things to get where we are today as Christian woman and not
forgetting where we come from. Over all the book was inspiring and
a joy to read!!!!!!!!!

What
an inspirational book. This is the type of book that makes you stop
and realize just what all we have now compared to past times and
it really makes you feel bad for complaining. I did not want to
put this book down. Thank you Joyce for writing this book and sharing
your inner most personal experiences with us. I would and do recommend
this book to any and everyone!

One of the first things I noticed when I began to read this
book was how well organized it was. As I continued to read, I also
noted the honesty and such a range of emotions; the joy, the sadness,
the closeness of the family and the love they showed to one another.
Some moments even brought me to tears. I reflect on how "Madea"
handled her clan, it was absolutely AWESOME! After all, she produced
a preacher.
Thank
God for her sweet, patient, kind husband Howard and for her siblings
for allowing her to share their stories and the history within the
family. I am most grateful for Joyce sharing her heart with all
of us. Everyone MUST read this book if they doubt the saving and
changing power of God in a person life.

I'm
impressed! In reading it I find it very funny, real, personable
and sad. In the four years I have known and worked with Joyce
I find that she is a very real and expressive person, and that is
how she portray herself in her book. So as you sit back and read
her book you will laugh, cry and enjoy learning about her life experiences.

Dr.Miller's
folksy storytelling style makes you feel as if you were sitting
across from her at a kitchen table having a cup of coffee as she
recounts the 'smell' of the sawmill smoldering after the fire.
I could almost feel my own arms aching as she describes the strenous
task of chopping cotton. No Women Allowed gives us a glimpse into
how a women of faith and character can break down barriers to become
who she was destined to be.

My sister, and author of this book deserves the tell it all award. She
has put her heart, mind and soul into writing the story of her life. She wants the readers to
know, no matter what oppostions you face in life, with God all things
are possible. This story will always be a part of me, because I was
there to witness it all.
